Revolutionist-traditionalist conservation reflects an inequality worldview that promotes the mind of the past in the face of the mind of the present, that is liable to undescribed sensational agreements, that perceives freedom as being himself, that adopts a style of motion between preservation and balanced change, that approves congenital statuses, extreme hierarchy and trusted authorisation, that is organic socialist, that perceives the world in a localist rather than a systematic way, that believes humans to be defective by nature, that approves government as the source of social unity, law and morale, but balances such approval with a civil social counter-context, therefore seeing the society as natural as the government, that accepts the naturalist notion that every reality is rational, that emphas ises the concern for finding the averages. The artic le tries to solve each identifier in the conservative framework based on the conceptualisation style of political epistemology, particularly to the notion of “mind”.

Evrimci-gelenekç i muhafazakârlik geçmis in aklini bugünün akli karsisinda yücelten, aliskanliklara, kelimelere dökülmemis duygusal anlasmalara yatkin, özgürlükten kendi gibi olmak bakimindan özgünlügü anlayan, korumak ile dengeli degis im arasinda bir devinim stilini benimseyen, dogustan gelen statüleri, asiri siradüzeni ve vesayetçi yetkiyi onaylayan, organik toplumcu, dünyayi sistematik olmaktan ziyade yerelc i bir sekilde algilayan, insani mayasi geregi bozuk-kusurlu sayan, devleti toplumsal birligin, hukukun ve ahlakin kaynagi olarak onaylayan, ama bu onaylamayi sivil cemaatç i bir karsi baglamla dengeleyen, dolayisiyla devlet kadar toplumu da dogal gören, her gerçek olan rasyoneldir seklinde, dogalci kurguyu ülküsellestiren,, ortalamalari bulmak kaygisini önemseyen, bir esits izlikç i dünya görüsünü yansitir. Makale muhafazakârlik künyes indeki her bir belirteci siyasal epistemolojinin kavramlastirma stiline, özellikle de “akil” nosyonuna dayanarak çözümlemeye çalisir.
