Abstract (2. Language):
Innovation which has undisputed importance for every organization is discussed as an organizational behavior in this study. With this perspective innovation can be examined in the context of a process like other behavior types. This process is initiated and managed by an individual or individuals with entrepreneurial behavior. Entrepreneurial behavior in business takes place as corporate entrepreneurship in the relevant literature. There are two prerequisites that perform corporate entrepreneurship in business. The first of these is making the organizational structure and organizational processes supportive for entrepreneurial behavior. The second of these is employing individuals whose characteristics are appropriate to carry out the activities. Corporate entrepreneurship as an initiating factor for innovation process are discussed in the framework of three dimensions: Corporate venturing, innovation and strategic renewal. However both corporate venturing and strategic renewal are example for the type of process and organizational innovation. So it can be argued that there is a direct relationship between every dimensions of corporate entrepreneurship and all the types of (product / service, process, marketing and organizational innovation) innovation. Revealing this relationships is the objective of the study. For this purpose the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and innovation is examined and individual and organizational factors that have effect on corporate entrepreneurship which is considered as an input of the innovation process are determined. In addition, a model is created that shows the variables and relationships between each variable.
