Abstract (2. Language):
Information and communication technologies are great importance for all sectors in information based economy. Moreover, taking big share from the international trading of information and communication technologies is as importance as producing and using of these technologies in terms of placing the countries in global economy. On the other hand, the truth exposed by the globalization is occurrence of economic crises on a global scale. Economic crises certainly affect ICT export of countries. In this study, the shift-share in ICT export of OECD countries is analyzed in 2008¬2009 global economic crisis. In the analysis, Esteban-Marquillas version of shift-share technique is used.

Bilgi temelli ekonomide bütün sektörler açısından bilgi ve iletişim teknolojileri büyük önem taşır. Aynı zamanda küresel ekonomide bilgi işlem teknolojilerini üretmek ve kullanmak kadar bu teknolojilerin uluslararası ticaretinden yüksek pay almak ülkelerin küresel ekonomideki yerini belirlemek açısından önemlidir. Diğer yandan küreselleşmenin ortaya koyduğu bir gerçek de ekonomik krizlerin küresel ölçekte cereyan etmesidir. Ekonomik krizler elbette ülkelerin BİT ihracatını etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmada 2008-2009 küresel ekonomik krizinde OECD ülkelerinin BİT ihracatlarındaki pay dönüşümleri analiz edilmiştir. Analizde Shift-share tekniğinin Esteban-Marquillas versiyonu kullanılmıştır.
