In this study, investigation of the effect of understanding of transformational leadership on creativity and innovation was aimed. In this sense, creativity, innovation, transformational leaders involved in transformations and the relation of creativity or innovation with transformational leadership were considered. At present study, the supportive need for creative thinking and innovational activity by understanding of transformational leadership was emphasized.

Bu çalışmada dönüştürücü liderlik anlayışının yaratıcılığa ve yeniliğe etkisini açıklamak amaçlanmıştır. Bu bağlamda çalışmada, yaratıcılığa, yeniliğe, dönüşümlerle ilişkili olan dönüştürücü liderlere ve yaratıcılık ile yeniliğin dönüştürücü liderlikle olan ilişkisine değinilmiştir. Çalışmada yaratıcı düşüncenin ve yenilik faaliyetinin dönüştürücü liderlik anlayışıyla desteklenmesi gerektiği vurgulanmıştır.
