Abstract (2. Language):
In recent years entrepreneurs
who establish new businesses and enterprises have
great importance in combating the economic crisis and
unemployment which always have taken place at the
forefront in the agenda of the country and the world.
Supports of entrepreneurship are provided by statefunded
as a dense in Turkey. Many of these support is
given by Small and Medium Enterprises Development
Organization (SMEDO). SMEDO has many support
for SMEs. In this study, it has examined the new
implemented entrepreneur support program to support
entrepreneurs. At the end of the research it has found
that the majority of participants are satisfied with the
education they receive. At the same time it has also found
the problems like difficulty of eligibility requirements
from entrepreneurship support, lack of start-up capital,
rental shortages and as there are a lot of bureaucratic
procedures.

Son yıllarda dünya ve ülke gündeminde sürekli ilk
sıralarda yer alan ekonomik kriz ve işsizlikle mücadelede,
yeni kurulacak olan işletmelerin ve bu işletmeleri kuracak
girişimcilerin desteklenmesi büyük önem taşımaktadır. Türkiye’de
girişimcilik destekleri yoğunlukla devlet destekli olarak sağlanmaktadır.
Bu desteklerin birçoğu Küçük ve Orta Ölçekli İşletmeleri Geliştirme
ve Destekleme İdaresi Başkanlığı (KOSGEB) tarafından verilmektedir.
KOSGEB’in KOBİ’lere yönelik çok sayıda desteği bulunmakta olup
bu çalışmada girişimcilerin desteklenmesine yönelik uygulanan “Yeni
Girişimci Destek Programı” ve Batı Karadeniz Bölgesinde uygulanan
girişimcilik eğitimleri incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda
katılımcıların büyük çoğunluğunun aldıkları eğitimden memnun
oldukları görülmüştür. Ancak girişimcilik desteğinden yararlanma
şartlarının zorluğu, başlangıç sermayesi ve kira sıkıntısı, bürokratik
işlemlerin çok olması gibi sorunların da olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
