This study basically aims to discuss the deterministic role of Red Queen Effect in terms of creating innovation in the context of competitiveness. For this aim, the study has focused on legitimized players of competition, and therefore this study reveals the function of Red Queen Effect in terms of achieving competitive advantage through innovation within related organizational fields.

Bu çalışma esasen, rekabetçilik bağlamında inovasyonun yaratımı açısından Kızıl Kraliçe Etkisi’nin belirleyici rolünü tartışmayı amaçlamıştır. Bu amaçla çalışma, rekabetin meşru oyuncularına odaklanmış ve böylece Kızıl Kraliçe Etkisi’nin özellikle inovasyon bağlamında rekabet üstünlüğü elde etmek açısından ilgili örgütsel alanlardaki fonksiyonunu ortaya koymuştur.
