Abstract (2. Language):
It is very essential that the operations of the production should be standardized for the firms to initiate the lean production system. Thus, this will make it easy when designing the single part flowing systems ( the lines assigned to the product groups ) and the pulling systems ( Kanban ). In this case, the method to be applied is the measurement of the OEE ( Overall Equipment Effectiveness ) values of the machines. Thanks to this, it can be followed up the slow workings, the halts and the flaws of the operations and subsequently these extravagances are improved by the way of follow up.
By the use of the developed softwares for the production follow up and improvement, the production in the factory of Volt Electricity in İzmir has been standardized and the extravagances such as slow workings, halts and flaws have been reduced.

Yalın üretim sistemini uygulamaya başlayacak firmalar için Üretim Operasyonlarının Standardize edilmesi çok önemlidir. Bu sayede Tek Parça Akış Sistemleri (Ürün grubuna adanmış hatlar) ve Çekme Sistemleri (Kanban) tasarlarken kolaylık sağlanmış olur. Burada makinelerin OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness – Genel Ekipman Etkinliği) değerlerinin ölçülmesi uygulanması gereken yöntemdir. Bu sayede operasyonların yaptığı yavaş çalışma, duruşlar ve hatalı üretimler de izlenebilir. Bu israflar izlenerek iyileştirilir.
Geliştirilen Üretim İzleme ve İyileştirme yazılımı kullanılarak, İzmir’de bulunan Volt Elektrik Fabrikasında üretim standardize edilmiş ve Yavaş Çalışma, Duruşlar ve Hatalı üretim gibi israflar azaltılmıştır.
