Abstract (2. Language):
This study aims to investigate the relationship between hope and locus of control in predicting career decision making self- efficacy among high school seniors. The sample of the study consisted of 302 senior students from three different schools types in Trabzon. The distrubution of students by gender is 139 girls (46%) and 163 boys (64%). Career Decision Making Self- Efficacy Scale, Hope Scale and Locus of Control Scale were used to collect the data. Pearson correlation coefficient and hierarchical regression analysis were used to analyze the data. According to the findings, hope and locus of control were found to be significant predictors of career decision making self-efficacy among students.
