Abstract (2. Language):
This article emphasizes the concepts of ethnicity, identity and nationalism. The
concepts of ethnicity, identity and nationalism are reconsidered by the
intellectuals as a consequance of the social and political changings. This
reconsidering of the concepts of ethnicity, identity and nationalism caused to
changings in the meaning of these concepts. In this context, the political, social
and cultural backgrounds and sociological character of the theoretical
reconsidering of the concepts of ethnicity, identity and nationalism are focused in
this article.

Bu makale etnisite, kimlik ve milliyetçilik kavramları üzerinde durmaktadır.
Etnisite, kimlik ve milliyetçilik kavramları, toplumsal ve siyasal değişimler
sonucunda entelektüeller tarafından yeniden ele alınmaktadır. Bu yeniden ele alış,
kavramlara yüklenen anlamların değişimine neden olmaktadır. Bu bağlamda bu
makalede kavramların siyasi, sosyal ve kültürel arka planları ile teorik yeniden ele
alınışın sosyolojik mahiyeti üzerinde durulmuştur.
