After the dividing of The USSR Turkish Republics both in The Caucasus and in the Middle East had gained their own independences and turned into independent countries. At the same time

as gaining their independence they entered the Globalization Process and even we can say that they explored themselves in this process. But there were too many Turkish Republics in this process which had entered before and that‟s why they weren‟t alone. Turkish Republics situated in this area can carry on their unique role to a better place in the Globalization process. Having the same culture and same religion is a great advantage for these countries, and they can develop themselves, and carry on their historical equableness thanks to education. In this article, we tried to investigate and explain the ways improvements of this unite thanks to education. The Turkish schools that are situated in middle Aisa play a big role among these countries that is, make these countries know, and realize their ancestors were the same tribes or their cultures are based on the same roots. During the Globalization period thanks to education these Turkish Republics have made some connections among one another and give complementary ideas to one other.
