Abstract (2. Language):
Intracranial tumors often present as a combination of neurologic, psychiatric and cognitive disorders. This article presents tvvo cases of patients vvho developed psychiatric symptoms but organic brain lesions vvere diagnosed vvhen they undervvent neuroimaging studies. The first case, 75 years old female, presented depressive symptoms, and the second case, 43 years old male, presented vvith atypical psychiatric symptoms but their diagnoses vvere delayed because they vvere treated for psychiatric disorders. VVe recommend neuroimaging should be considered in patients vvith presence of previous psychiatric symptoms vvith additional atypical symptoms, poor response to given psychiatric treatment, late-onset of psychiatric symptoms
