Abstract (2. Language):
In this study, the perceptions of the teachers in regards of organizational health levels in high schools in Malatya province was investigated. For this purpose, the high schools were grouped into three different categories as general, vocational and technical, private high schools and than all of them were examined in relation to ten health dimensions. In addition, whether the perceptions of the teachers are varied according to the type of the school was investigated. The sample of the study was composed of 300 teachers who have worked a year or longer in one of the 21 high schools in Malatya during the years of 1995-1996. The Organizational Health Questionnaire of Holmes was used. The data obtained from the study was used in the health analysis of each type of the school through mean and percentage values and than the difference amongst the groups was assessed by one-way variance analysis and t test.
In this paper, only five dimensions of Organizational Health ( moral, innovativeness, autonomy, adaptation, problem-solving adequacy) were included. The main findings of the study revealed that the adaptation is the only one dimension which showed difference amongst the school types. All school types showed middle health level.

Bu çalışmada, Malatya İl Merkezindeki liselerin örgütsel sağlık düzeylerine ilişkin öğretmen algılarının saptanmasına çalışılmıştır. Bu amaç ile, liseler; genel, mesleki ve teknik, özel statülü liseler olmak üzere üç gruba ayrılmış ve on sağlık boyutu açısından incelenmiştir. Ayrıca, öğretmen algılarının okul türlerine göre farklılık gösterip göstermediği araştırılmıştır. 1995-1996 öğretim yılında Malatya il merkezinde bulunan 21 lisede bir yıldan daha uzun bir süredir görev yapan 300 öğretmen çalışmanın örneklemini oluşturmuştur. Çalışmada, Holmes tarafından geliştirilen Örgütsel Sağlık Anketi kullanılmıştır. Anketten elde edilen veriler, okul türlerinin sağlık analizinde yüzde dağılımlar ve aritmetik ortalama yöntemleri ile değerlendirilmiş, okul türleri arasındaki fark tek yönlü varyans analizi ve t testi yöntemi ile saptanmıştır.

t sağlığının on boyutundan sadece beşi ( moral, yenilikçilik, özerklik, uyum, problem çözme yeterliği) ele alınmaktadır. Araştırmanın bu boyutlarla ilgili temel bulguları; okul türlerinin orta düzeyde bir sağlık gösterdikleri ve bu beş boyuttan sadece uyum boyutunda fark gösterdikleridir.
