Abstract (2. Language):
In this study, recursive least squares method (RLSM) that is one of the adaptable classical methods was used. Firstly forgetting factor was adapted to RLSM. Phase information of voltage signal belonging to an electric power network that contains harmonics and spike was obtained by developed approach. Then responses of the algorithm were investigated for voltage collapse, phase shift and spike. Simulation was implemented by using MATLAB® code. Results of simulation were examined and efficiency of method was presented.

Bu gali§mada, klasik uyarlanabilir metotlardan Yinelenen En Kuguk Kareler Metodu (YEKK) kullanilmi§tir. Oncelikle YEKK metoduna unutma faktoru algoritmasi adapte edilmi§tir. Geli§tirilen yakla§im kullanilarak bir elektrik gug §ebekesinin harmonik ve sigrama igeren faz gerilim sinyalinin faz bilgileri elde edilerek; gerilim gogmesi, faz kaymasi ile ani gerilim sigramalari'na algoritmanin tepkileri incelenmi§tir. Benzetim i§lemi MATLAB® yardimiyla gergekle§tirilmi§ olup benzetim sonuglari ve metodun etkinligi incelenmi§tir.
