In this study, regional flood frequency analysis is carried out for annual maximum flood series of stream gauging stations in the West Mediterranean River basins in Turkey based on an index flood method with L-moments parameter estimation. The region is divided into three homogeneous subregions; Antalya, Lower West Mediterranean and Upper West Mediterranean subregion using L-moment homogeneity test. Bu gali§mada Bati Akdeniz havzasinin yillik maksimum ta§kin serilerinin bolgesel ta§kin frekans analizi L-moment parametre tahminlerine dayali olarak ta§kin indeks yontemiyle yapilmi§tir. Bolge; Antalya, A§agi-Bati Akdeniz ve Yukari-Bati Akdeniz olmak uzere ug homojen alt bolgeye b6lunmu§tur. L-momentler homojenlik testine bagli olarak homojen bolgelerin belirlenmesinden sonra akim goz-lem istasyonlarina ait ge§itli yineleme araliklarina sahip tasarim ta§kin degerleri hesaplanmi§tir.
