Abstract (2. Language):
The concept of censorship is categorized in the same group as the terms of ban, oppression and dictatorship in virtually every society. It is also the cause of a centuries-old quarrel between those who hate the probability of any damage to the traditional structure and institutions in the running of the state and society and who, therefore, strongly object to the idea of change and those who argue that it is necessary to embrace almost everything new for the development and improvement of the society. The former group finds the practice of censorship vital for the benefits of the human and society, while the latter considers it to be wrong for the benefits of the same community. To the former group, such a practice serves as a shield but the latter sees it as a gun aimed at men.
