Abstract (2. Language):
Crystalline colloids arrays recently used for fabricating optic sensors. Due to crystalline structure, these materials can diffract the visible light and this property allows them to be able to used as a sensor material. Via crystalline colloids embedded into the polymer network, hydrogel, having free groups can be fabricated. Thus, a polymer structure diffract visible light and modifiable by their free groups can be obtained. Inorganic and organic material sensor can be fabricated by attaching recognition molecules to the free groups of polymer. Because of their visible light diffraction property, they can be used as an optic sensor. In this work, metal ion sensor property of 4-aminobenzo-15-crown-5 (4AB15C5) which has the complex formation ability with the alkaline metals by attaching to the hydrogel structure has been investigated.
