İn this study, we analysed 101 cases operated by the microsurgical technique tor lumbar disc herniation between 1997 and 2000 in Selçuk University Medical Schooi Department of Neurosurgery. We have concluded, patients operated with microsurgical technique, undergo a shorter operation, discharged the hospital earlier, recover more quickly, and return to work earlier.

Bu çalışmada Selçuk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Nöroşirürji Anabilim Dalında 1997-2000 tarihleri arasında lomber disk herniasyonu tanısı ile mikrocerrahi teknikle öpere edilen 101 olguyu inceledik. Mikrocerrahi teknikle öpere edilen hastaların operasyon süresinin daha kısa olduğu, daha erken taburcu olduğu, daha hızlı düzeldikleri ve çalışma ortamına daha erken döndükleri sonucuna vardık.
