Abstract (2. Language):
The renin angiotensin system is thought to be modulated by gonadal steroids. After unilateral nephrectomy and unilateral nephrectomy + bilateral ovariectomy, occured changes were investigated in this study. Right nephrec-tomized and rigth nephrectomized + bilateral ovariectomized femaie rats ieft kidneys were examined histopatho-logically after four week. Severe inflammatory reaction was observed in only nephrectomized rats after four week. Moreover acut renal ischaemia was observed in the unilateral nephrectomized + total ovariectomized rats İeft kid-ney. Our results showed that gonadal steroids may have a role in modulating acut renal ischaemia.
Abstract (Original Language):
Overektomi + unilateral nefrektomi, akut renal iskemiye neden oldu. Iskemi sonucu böbrek dokusunda hasar gelişti. Sonuçlarımız gonadal steroidlerin, akut renal iskemiyi düzenleyen bir role sahip olduğunu gösterdi.
