Abstract (2. Language): 
intraspinal synovial cysts are uncommon lesions. in this article a 72 year-old vvoman who developed a spinal synovial cyst at the left side of L4-5 disk space is reported. Beside her clinical signs and symptoms, magnetic resonance İmagİng, operative and pathological findings are presented. Treatment options, clinical, radiological and pafhological aspects of intraspinal synovial cysts are discussed.

intraspinal synovial kistler nadir lezyonlardır. Bu makalede sol L4-5 disk mesafesinde intraspinal sinovial kisti olan 72 yaşında bayan hasta, klinik semptom ve bulguları yanı sıra manyetik rezonans görüntüleme, operasyon ve patoloji sonuçları ile birlikte sunulmuştur. İntraspinal synovial kistlerin klinik, radyolojik, patolojik Özellikleri yanında tedavi seçenekleri de tartışılmıştır.
