Spinal epidural hava nadiren spontan pnömotoraks ile birlikte görülebilir. Daha önceden hiçbir şikayeti olmayan, akciğer radyografisi ve bilgisayarlı tomografi ile pnömotoraks tesbit edilen olgunun spinal epidural alandaki hava odakları dikkat çekti. Bilgisayarlı tomografi ile görüntülenen bu bulgu literatür bilgileri ile birlikte tartışıldı.
