Abstract (2. Language):
The aim of this study was to investigate the probable changes vvhich may occur on the respiratory functions of the female patients undergone laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods: Tvventy laparoscopic cholecystectomy appiiedpatients aged 18 to 50 (average 34.6 ± 10.0) years were taken İnto this study. Pre- and postoperative first and seventh day respiratory function tests were performed wHh Sensormedics PFT System 2400. PCA (patient controlled analgesia) apparatus was used to determine the pain feelings of the patients during the first postoperative 24 hours. Meperidin was used for analgesia. Analyses of the results were evaluated with variance analyses of the differences betvveen measurements and repeated measurements. Bonferroni corrected paired t test at 0.05 /eve/ was used for the determination of the difference between dublicate measurements. Results: On the first postoperative day compared to the preoperative levels a reduction on FVC, FEV-j, PEF, MVV, VC, TLC, FRC and DLCO values and an increase on RV values of the patients were observed. On the seventh day of the operation compared to the first day an increase on FVC, FEV-j, PEF, MVV, VC, TLC, FRC and DLCO values and a reduction on RV values of the patients were observed. VVhile PEF values on the seventh day compared to preoperative value were decreased there was no important change on the other PFT values. Conclusion: İt is concluded that the changes on the respiratory function tests of the female patients followİng laparoscopic cholecystectomy mostly returns to normal on the 7th day of the application.
Abstract (Original Language):
İkili ölçümler arası farklılığın saptanmasında a = 0.05 düzeyinde Bonferroni düzelt¬meli eşleştirilmiş-t testinden yararlanıldı. Bulgular: Ameliyat Öncesine kıyasla ameliyat sonrası 1. günde hastaların FVC, FEV-j, PEF, MVV, VC, TLC, FRC ve DLCO değerlerinde azalma, RV değerlerinde artma gözlendi. Ameliyat sonrası 1. güne kıyasla 7. günde hastaların FVC, FEV-j, PEF, MVV, VC, TLC, FRC ve DLCO değerlerinde artma, RV değerlerinde azalma gözlendi. Ameliyat Öncesine kıyasla ameliyat sonrası 7. günde ise hastaların PEF değerinde azalma gözlenirken diğer SFT değerlerinde anlamlı bir değişiklik bulunmadı. Sonuç: Laparoskopik kole¬sistektomi yapılan kadın hastaların solunum fonksiyon testlerinde ortaya çıkan değişikliklerin ameliyat sonrası 7. günde büyük oranda normale döndüğü kanaatine varıldı.
