183 cases with supratentorial aneurysm were operated on in Neurosurgery Department, Selçuk University Meram Medical School between March 1987 and September 2002. İn the preseni study we aimed to discuss 183 intracra-nial supratentorial aneurysm cases, according to their location, clinical features, treatment modalities, mortaiity and morbidity rates. The series were evaluated through the review of literatüre and presented.

Selçuk Üniversitesi Meram Tıp Fakültesi Nöroşirurji Anabilim Dah'nda Mart 1987-Eylüi 2002 tarihleri arasında 183 supratentorial anevrizma olgusu öpere edilmiştir. Bu çalışmamızda 183 supratentorial anevrizma olgusunun, lokalizasyon, klinik özellikleri,tedavi yöntemleri, mortalite ve morbidite oranlarının tartışılması amaçlanmıştır. Seri, literatür gözden geçirilerek sunulmuştur.
