Diffuculty in airway management can be encountered because of the craniofacial and vertebral anomalies in which the syndrome described by Goldenhar first and enlarged by Gorlin. The achivement of an endotraceal intubation was provided at the fist attempt in 3 year old patient who undergo an urachal cyst operation without using neuromusculer blocker. Anesthesiologist should be aware of the possibility of diffuculty in airway management

İlk olarak Goldenhar tarafından tanımlanan daha sonrasında Gorlin tarafından tanımı genişletilen bu sendromda kraniofasial ve vertebral anomaliler nedeniyle zor entübasyonla karşılaşılabilir. Urakhus kisti nedeniyle operasyonu planlanan 3 yaşındaki hastamızda kas gevşeticisi kullanmaksızın ilk seferde başarılı bir entübasyon gerçekleştirilmiştir. Anesteziyologlar Goldenhar-Gorlin sendromlu hastalarda zor hava yolu yönetimi açısından tedbirli olmalıdırlar.
