In pregnant women, trauma Is responsible for nonobstetrlk maternal-fetal mortality and morbidity. Approach to trauma In pregnancy Is similar to non-pregnant women. Approach to patient with considering physiological changes during pregnancy and timely prevention of possible obstetrical complications is significant keeping in mind that these complications may affect maternal mortality and morbidity.

Gebelerde travma nonobstetrlk maternal-fetal mortallte ve morbldlteden sorumludur. Gebelikte travmaya yaklaşım gebe olmayanlara benzemekle birlikte gebelikte olan fizyolojik değişiklikleri bilerek hastaya yaklaşılmalı ve gelişebilecek obstetrik komplikasyonlara zamanında önlem alınmalı ve bu komplikasyonların maternal mortalite ve morbiditeyi de etkileyebileceği unutulmamalıdır.
