Abstract (2. Language):
You this evening on an important issue for the future of the Turkish trade union movement would like to consign to speculate. Own affairs to another, and I know that's sad. Because these kinds of trade union activity is still new, and the first time the survival and development of social activities constitute the most important matters. But these new formations, the struggle for existence claims that the decisions of this circuit, the circuit is essential to the future success kuvvetlenecekleri win. Receivables in the future because of the shape of these bodies, the founders and pioneers of direction they want to develop and underdevelopment, it depends on the decisions made initially.
Beforehand, the Turkish trade unions, strong, successful, and that the bodies of Turkish workers to help provide for the safety and development of the Turkish community's sincere desire and wish. This hissiyatıma I would beg you to believe. Ally all of us as per the I, personally, have industrial democracy in a society in order to be fully independent and has a strong presence of trade unions would like to express my belief that it is a must.

Bu akşam sizleri Türk sendikacılık hareketinin geleceği ile ilgili önemli bir mesele üzerinde düşünmeğe sevketmek istiyorum. Başka ve daha üzücü meselelerimiz olduğunu biliyorum. Zira sendikacılık faaliyetimiz henüz yenidir ve ilk zamanlarda bu kabil sosyal faaliyetlerin bekası ve gelişmesi en mühim hususu teşkil eder. Fakat bu yeni teşekküllerin, mevcudiyetleri için mücadele ettikleri bu devrelerde alacakları kararlar, ileride başarı kazanıp kuvvetlenecekleri devre için önem taşır. Zira bu teşekküllerin ileride alacakları şeklin, kurucularının ve öncülerinin istedikleri istikamette gelişip gelişmemesi, bu başlangıçta alınacak kararlara bağlıdır.
Evvelemirde, Türk sendikalarının, kuvvetli, başarılı, ve emin organlar olarak Türk işçisinin güvenliğini sağlaması ve Türk cemiyetinin kalkınmasına yardım etmesi en samimî arzu ve dileğimdir. Bu hissiyatıma inanmanızı istirham ederim. Hepimizin müttefik olduğu veçhile ben de, şahsen, sınaî bir cemiyetin tam bir demokrasiye sahip olabilmesi için bağımsız ve kuvvetli sendikalara sahip bulunmasının şart olduğuna dair inancımı belirtmek isterim.
