Abstract (2. Language):
Is a sense in terms of unemployment, various traits of the population in less developed economies. to express and show differences compared to developed economies. Az gelişmiş ekonomilerde nüfusun çeşitli hususiyetleri işsizlik bakımından bir mâna. ifade etmekte ve gelişmiş ekonomilere nazaran farklılıklar göstermektedir. İktisaden geri kalmış memleketler arasında bulunan Türkiye'de de durum böyledir. Geri kalmış ekonomilerin işsizlik bakımından müşterek demografik Özelliklerini ve Türkiye'nin durumu-jıu tetkike geçmeden evvel işgücü, istihdam ve işsizlik gibi temeli mefhumlar üzerinde kısaca durmak, bunların istatistikle tesbitinde ortaya «çıkan başlıca meseleleri gözden geçirmek faydalı olur. Buna göre mev--zu üç esas bölümde incelenecektir : Birinci bölümde işgücü, istihdam Yve işsizlik mefhumları, bunlarla ilgili istatistiklerin metodolojisi ve bununla ilgili olarak ortaya çıkan meseleler, ikinci kısımda geri kalmış ülkelerde iktisadi, sosyal ve kültürel şartlar muvacehesinde demografik Tıususiyetlerin işsizlik bakımından mânası, nihayet üçüncü bölümde Türkiye'de istihdam ve işsizlik mevzuundaki istatistik kaynaklar, nüfusun bünyesinin işsizlik bakımından mânası, işsizlik hâdisesinin mahiyeti, şümulü ve buna 'karşı alınacak tedbirler üzerinde durulacaktır.
