Abstract (2. Language):
Along with globalization the increasing competitions forced firms to search new competitive edges. Intellectual capital is one and may be the most significant of these. In addition to concrete elements of competition, the governance and measurement of the abstract elements of competition is becoming more important for firms. These developments have created an urgent need for the expression of the differences between knowledge management and human resource managemen.
