Abstract (2. Language): 
Social responsibility reports show the economic, environmental and social activities of the corporates and present financial and non financial information to the internal and external corporate stakeholders. Nowadays, more companies present social responsibility reports to strengthen their corporate image. These reports generally are prepared voluntarily and sometimes based on legal requirements of the governments. The content of social responsibility reports are getting wider than eve before. In this study, labor and employment information on social responsibility reports are defined and the types of social responsibility reports which include labor and employment information are examined as voluntary reporting and national reporting. Finally, British Airways 2003/2004 social report is evaluated as a sample for voluntary reporting.

Sosyal sorumluluk raporları isletmelerin ekonomik, çevresel ve sosyal faaliyetlerini gösteren ve isletme içi ve isletme dısı menfaat sahiplerine finansal ve finansal olmayan bilgiler sunan raporlardır. Her geçen gün daha fazla isletme kurumsal imajını güçlendirmek amacıyla sosyal sorumluluk raporu yayınlamaktadır. Bu raporlar genellikle gönüllü olarak hazırlanırken; bazen de devletlerin bu konudaki yasal düzenlemelerini temel almaktadırlar. Son yıllarda sosyal sorumluluk raporlarının kapsamı oldukça genislemistir. Bu çalısmada sosyal raporlar içinde yer alan çalısma ve istihdam göstergeleri tanımlanacak ve bu göstergeleri içeren gönüllü raporlama girisimleri ve ulusal raporlama mekanizmaları incelenecektir. Son olarak, British Airways’in 2003/2004 Sosyal Raporu gönüllü raporlamaya bir örnek olarak değerlendirilecektir.
