Abstract (2. Language):
The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of emotional labor on job satisfaction among call center employees. For this aim, emotional labor and job satisfaction scales were applied via internet to 146 employees who work in two call center companies. Findings show that job satisfaction decreases when a dissonance exists between the displayed emotions and felt emotions.
