Abstract (2. Language):
The aim of this study is to discuss the place and importance of the field of sports ,in the application of the State, that is attainable through electronic ways (E-State) , which is discussed and used in some fields.
The interaction field of the sports is growing. The unifying power of sports bringing people and countries together is being accepted all over the world. Sports, that brings nationally the cities and internationally the countries together, suggests participation rules and procedures within itself, appropriate to the existing systems. The sports clubs get their founding rights from laws and are involved in the necessary communication with the institutes and organizations related with sports. Now, in this two processes, the adaptation of the use of technology and the applications of state, which is electronically attainable and other state services in participation of the individual to sports activities, procedures of the sports clubs and relations with institutes and organizations are important.
This elements, which we thought to be important in regard of the sports, have been tried to put forward, studying the related literature and applications.
As a result, there is not sufficient planning and cooperation in the state applications, attainable through electronic way and sports procedures and applications.

Bu çalışmanın amacı günümüz devlet yönetiminde tartışılan ve bazı alanlarda uygulanan elektronik devlet (e-devlet) uygulamalarında spor alanı uygulamalarının yeri ve önemini tartışmakla;
Dünyada sporun etkileşim alan: gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Sporun ülkeleri ve bireylen bir araya getiren birleştirici gücü tüm dünyaca kabul görmektedir. Spor ulusal boyutta şehirleri, uluslararası boyutta ülkeleri bir araya getirirken kendi içinde mevcut sistemlere uygun katılım kuralları ve işlemleri öngörmektedir.
Spor kulüpleri de kurulma haklarını kanunlardan almakta ve spor ila İlgili işlemlerde gerekli kurum ve kuruluşlarla iletişim içinde bulunmakladırlar.
İşte bu iki süreçte bireyin spora katılımı ve spor kulüplerinin işlemlerinde, kurum ve kuruluşlarla ilişkilerde teknoloji kullanımı ve elektronik devlet (e-devlet) uygulamaları diğer devlet hizmetleri ile uyum sağlaması boyutunda önem arz etmektedir.
Spor açısından önemli olduğunu düşündüğümüz bu unsurlar bu çalışma ile ilgili literatür ve uygulamalar incelenerek ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.
Sonuç olarak elektronik devle: (e-devlet) ve spor İşlem ve uygulamalarında yeterli düzeyde bir planlama ve işbirliği mevcut değildir.
