Organizational citizenship is described as the employees' extra role efforts that improves a company's efficiency and productivity. The employees' organizational citizenship behaviour is affected by several factors. In this study, the aim is to understand the relationship between entrepreneurial values and organizational citizenship behaviours of the employees. For this purpose, a survey is applied to white-collar workers who are working in private sector and survey findings are evaluated with SPSS program.

Örgütsel vatandaşlık, bir şirketin verimliliğini ve etkinliğini artıran çalışanların ekstra rol çabaları olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Çalışanların örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışını çeşitli faktörler etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmada kişilerin sahip olduğu girişimcilik değerleri ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasındaki ilişkinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla özel sektörde çalışan beyaz yakalılar üzerinde bir anket uygulaması yapılmış ve anket bulguları SPSS paket program ile değerlendirilmiştir.
