Intrathoracic kidney associated with congenital diaphragmatic hernia is a very rare anomaly in adult population. In this paper, a 53 years old male patient who had left-sided Bochdalec hernia associated with intrathoracic kidney is presented.

Erişkinlerde ektopik intratorasik böbrek ile kongenital diafragma hernisinin birlikteliği çok nadir görülen bir anomalidir. Bu yazıda sol Bochdalek hernisi ile birlikte intratorasik böbreği olan 53 yaşında bir erkek olguyu sunuyoruz
