Abstract (2. Language):
Anterior tibialis muscle is the most commonly herniated muscle of the lower limb. A number of surgical procedures are available for the treatment of symptomatic anterior tibialis muscle hernias. We diagnosed tibialis anterior muscle hernia in a 25 year old man, who was presented with pain and swelling of the cruris. We treated the patient with bovine pericardium graft. We did not encounter any complication due to surgery. Sixth months after the surgery, the functional and cosmetic outcome was satisfactory.
