Abstract (2. Language):
Urinary system infections are the most common infections in women. These infections are most seen in healthy women. However in patients with recurrent urinary system infection, anatomical, functional pathologies and foreign bodies must be kept in mind. We reported a foreign body in urinary bladder case that had overlooked in a postmenopausal patient who has recurrent urinary system infection and doesn't respond medical treatment for 3-4 months. During gynecological examination urinary bladder evaluation is very important in patients with recurrent urinary system infection.
