Treadmill exercise test has the advantage over stress testing modalities because it is widely available at relatively low cost. It has a lower sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis myocardial ischemia than imaging-based stress tests. We reported a case who presented with typical chest pain and had a normal exercise test but found having severe left main coronary artery stenosis.

Treadmill egzersiz testi, yaygın olarak ulaşılabilmesi ve nispeten düşük maliyeti nedeniyle diğer stres test yöntemlerinden daha avantajlıdır. Miyokard iskemisinin tanısında diğer stres görüntüleme tekniklerine göre daha düşük duyarlılık ve özgüllüğe sahiptir. Bu yazıda tipik göğüs ağrısı yakınması ile başvuran, egzersiz testi normal olan fakat ana koroner arterde ciddi darlık saptanan olgu sunuldu.
