Abstract (2. Language):
Pulmonary aspergilloma develops generally due to the aspergillus colonisation in cavitary lesions in lungş. In this study, it was aimed to assess CT findings of pulmonary aspergilloma. The CT findings of 11 pulmonary aspergilloma cases, admitted to our hospital between 1991 and 1999, were examined. The etiology of the cavitary lesions was thought to be m. Tuberculosis since the most of them were in upper lobes of the lungs All the patients, except one, had cavitary lesions caused by previous tuberculosis. Hemoptysis is the most common finding. Post-operative empyema developed in one of six cases exposed to toracotomy. y As a result, i^iax CT has an important place in the diagnosis of Pulmonary aspergilloma
