Abstract (2. Language):
81 aneurysm cases which were operated in last 5 years with the beginning of microsurgical interventions in our clinic, were evaluated by retrospectively. The female-male ratio was 0.7. Age ranged from 26 to 72 years with a mean of 53.3. Most common aneurysm location was found to be anterior communicating artery. Multipl aneurysms were present in 9 cases (11.1 %) and giant in 3 (3.7 %). Microsurgical clipping was possible in 79 (97.5 %) and wrapping had to be done in 2 (2.5 %). Mortality ratio in all cases was 9.8 % and morbidity ratio 28.3 %. Cases were determined according to symptoms, findings of clinical and radyological, therapy and out¬come and were discussed comparing with literature findings.
