Abstract (2. Language): 
28 year old woman presented with an intraabdominal mass was diagnosed as localized mass on the head of the pancreas. On histopathologic and immunohistochemical examinations, the excised specimen was deter¬mined to be a solid cystic papillary tumor of the pancreas. This particular case is discussed due to its rare occurence.

Batında kitle ön tanısı ile opere edilen 28 yaşındaki bayan hastada pankreas başında lokalize kitle tespit edildi. Eksize edilen kitle histopatolojik ve immünohistokimyasal olarak incelendi ve pankreasın solid kistik papiller tümörü olarak tanımlandı. Olgu nadir görülmesi nedeniyle sunuldu.
