Renal artery aneursyms are more commonly observed than previously thought. Although flank pain, hematuria and hypertension may be presenting symptoms, it may be asymptomatic and detected incidentally. In the present article, 44 year old woman with saccular renal artery aneursym, treated by surgically is presented and literature is reviewed.

Renal arter anevrizmaları sanılandan daha sık olup, böğür ağrısı, hematüri ve hipertansiyon a neden olabileceği gibi asemptomatik olup, insidental olarak da saptanabilir. Bu yazıda böğür ağrısı yakınması ile başvuran, renal arter sakküler anevrizması saptanan v,e cerrahi olarak tedavi edilmiş 44yaşında bir kadın olgu sunulup, bu konuya ilişkin bilgiler özetlenmiştir.
