Abstract (2. Language): 
In renal transplant recipients, acute pyelonephritis may cause acute deterioration of renal allograft function. In this here ve report, a case with acute allograft dysfuntion due to acute pyelonephritis which was diagnosed by allograft biopsy is reported. After apporiate antimicrobial therapy, allograft dysfunction recovered.

Akut piyelonefrit renal transplanth olgularda akut allograft disfonksiyonuna neden olabilmektedir. Bu yazıda akut allograft disfonksiyonu gelişen ve böbrek iğne biyopsisi ile akut piyelonefrit tanısı konulan bir renal transplant olgusu bildirilmektedir. Uygun antibiyotik ile akut piyelonefrit tedavi edildikten sonra allograft disfonks iyonun düzeldiği gözlendi.
