Perinephric abscess is a clinical state which is usually diagnosed late and mortality rate is high. Here, a perinephric abscess formation in a chronic hemodialysis patient who was treated as recurrent urinary tract infection and chronic bacterial prostatitis is reported.

Perinefrik apse, geç tanı konulabilen ve mortalitenin yüksek seyrettiği bir klinik durumdur. Burada, tekrarlayan üriner sistem infeksiyonu ve kronik bakteriyel prostatit tanıları ile uzun süre tedavi edilen ve perinefrik apse saptanan bir hemodiyaliz hastası sunul¬ maktadır.
