Abstract (2. Language):
Primary renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is the most common kidney cancer. In renal transplant patients,
RCC more commonly arises in the native kidneys, whereas allograft involvement has seen rarely. A
65-year-old man developed an RCC in the grafted kidney 29 years after transplantation. Histologic and
immunohistochemical studies diagnosed RCC. Renal transplant patients’ native and graft kidneys must
be followed by regular ultrasonography.
