İn this study, the relationship between microalbu-minuri and urinary excretion of amylase isoenzymes in type II DM was investigated. Urinary amylase isoenzymes may be a useful tool for early detection of diabetic nephropathy.

Bu çalışmada insüline bağımlı olmayan Diabetes Mellitus 'un (Tipli DM)idrar amilaz, iz,oenz,imlerinin atılımına olan etkisi ve bunların mikroalbüminüri ile olan ilişkisi değerlendirilmiştir. İdrar amilaz izoenzim-lerinin Tipli DM da nefropatinin erken dönemde tanınmasını sağlayabilecek bir yöntem olarak kullanabileceği görülmüştür.
