Abstract (2. Language): 
In this study, cases with secondary amyloidosis due to rheumatic diseases were investigated retrospectively. Sixteen female, 14 male (mean age, 34±15 years) total 30 cases were included into the study. The number of cases with renal amyloidosis secondary to rheumatic diseases were as follow : 11 cases with Familial Mediterranean Fever, 7 cases with Ankylosing spondylitis, 6 cases with Rheumatoid arthritis, 2 cases with Behcet's disease, 2 cases with Systemic lupus erythematosus, 1 case with Takayasu arteritis and 1 case with Juvenile chronic arthritis. As a result, we concluded that Familial Mediterranean Fever, Ankylosing spondylitis and Rheumatoid arthritis were the first three common causes of amyloidosis associated with rheumatic diseases.

Bu çalışmada, romatizmal hastalığa sekonder olarak gelişen renal amiloidozlu olgular retrospektif olarak incelenmiştir. Tanı anında ortalama yaşları 34±15 yıl olan 16 bayan, 14 erkek toplam 30 olgu çalışmaya alınmıştır. Onbir olgu Ailevi Akdeniz Ateşi (AAA), 7 olgu Ankilozan spondilit (AS), 6 olgu Romatoid artrit (RA), 2 olgu Behçet hastalığı, 2 olgu ile Sistemik Lupus Eritematosus (SLE) ve birer olgu ile Takayasu arteriti ve Juvenil kronik artrite (JKA) sekonder reaktif amiloidoz geliştiği tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak serimizde, amiloidoza neden olan ilk üç romatizmal hastalığın Ailevi Akdeniz Ateşi, ankilozan spondilit ve romatoid artrit olduğu kanısına varılmıştır.
