Abstract (2. Language):
Being provacated by the Matual Agreement States, the Greeks and Armenian, the components of nonmuslim in Anatolia and Thrace where there exists chaos environment because of Mondros Armistice's unjustifiable applications, signed in october 30 th in 1918, set about terrorist movements against the Turksih. Muslim Turks started to act in order to protect their lives, possessions and motherlands. In a such milieu, the correspondence of Pope with Mustafa Kemal Pahsa being in Ankara is interesting. This study put forth that diplomatic cross sections in that period for consideration.

30 Ekim 1918 tarihinde imzalanan Mondros Mütarekesi'nin haksız uygulamalarıyla kaos ortamına sürüklenen Anadolu ve Trakya'da gayrimüslim unsurlardan Rum ve Ermeniler İtilaf Devletleri'nin kışkırtmalarıyla terör hareketlerine giriştiler. Müslüman Türkler ise kısa süre içinde vatanlarını, can ve mallarını korumak için örgütlenip harekete geçtiler. Böyle bir ortamda Papa'nın Ankara'da bulunan Mustafa Kemal Paşa ile karşılıklı mektuplaşmaları ilginçtir. Bu çalışma o dönemde diplomatik bir kesiti ortaya koymaktadır.
