Being an attitude of mind, perception and living, culture is one of the most important factors that distinguishes a society from the others. Having an indisputable importance for the assurance of national unity and integrity and for preservation and perpetuation of the national values, culture is grateful to our troubadours who perpetuate, preserve and try to transfer it to the next generations as the cultural messengers. In this study, we have aimed at bringing you together with Âşık Memduh Kılıç, one of these cultural messengers in our study.

Toplumların duyuş, düşünüş ve yaşayış tarzı olan kültür, bu yönüyle bir toplumu diğer toplumlardan ayıran en önemli faktörlerden biridir. Milli birlik ve bütünlüğün temininde, ulusal değerlerinin korunup, yaşatılmasında tartışmasız bir öneme sahip olan kültür, kendisini yaşatan, koruyan ve gelecek kuşaklara aktarma çabası veren kültür elçisi âşıklarımıza minnet borçludur. Bu doğrultuda çalışmamızda sizleri, bu kültür elçilerinden biriyle Âşık Memduh Kılıç’la tanıştırmak arzusundayız.
