Un", "ufak" and "uşak"
word
s are the oldest words of Turkish in this article, the examples in historical and modernominal documents have been studied, progressing and creating process of this is stated. The 'un' word was used as a word with long vowels i n the history and today in some dialects. The 'uşak' and 'Ufak' words were used in the meaning of 'küçük' both in historical and modern labels and with interesting derivatives and handiadyoins different meanings were made. By giving examples from the text, the derivation course and meaning evolution were suggested.

Bu makalede, Türkçenin en eski kelimelerinden biri olan "un" ve bu kelimenin köküyle ilgili olduğunu düşündüğümüz "ufak" ve "uşak" kelimelerinin tarihî ve çağdaş Türkçe yazılı belgelerdeki örneklerine dayanılarak, gelişme ve türeme seyri anlatılmaktadır. "Un" kelimesi, tarihî dönemde ve bugünkü bazı lehçelerde uzun ünlülü olarak kullanılmıştır. Ufak ve uşak kelimeleri ise, hem tarihî hem çağdaş yazılı belgelerde "küçük" anlamında kullanılmış ve değişik türevler ve ikilemelerle farklı anlamlar oluşturmuştur. Metinlerden örnekler verilerek, bu kelimelerim türeme seyri ve anlam gelişmeleri gösterilmiştir.
