Abstract (Original Language):
Büyüme ve gelişme döneminin önemli bir bölümünü oluşturan ergenlik döneminde kas-iskelet sorunları sık görülmektedir. Roma-tizmal hastalıklar, kronik ağrı sendromları, sistemik vaskulitler, enfeksiyonlar, aşırı kullanma sendromları, spesifik ortopedik sorun¬lar, metabolik kemik hastalıkları, tümörler, periferik nöropatiler, primer kas hastalıkları ve psikosomatik sorunlar en sık görülen kas-iskelet sistemi sorunlarıdır. Ergenlerde kas-iskelet sistemi sorunlarının yaygın olması, semptomların erişkinlere göre faklılık göstermesi, geç kalmış ve yeterli olmayan tedavinin kalıcı sakatlıklara yol açma riskinin bulunması nedeniyle bu dönemdeki multidisipliner ve yetkin yaklaşım büyük önem taşımaktadır.
