Abstract (2. Language): 
In this paper, connection and supply types of the semiconductor light emitters are investigated. Connection of LEDs with each other can be achieved in various forms such as connection of technological devices (two or more crystals placed in a package) or discrete devices in series, parallel and series-parallel (mixed). It’s shown in the paper that the purpose of connection of LEDS with each other is incrementing the light power, creating LEDs with different spectra, incrementing the area illuminated by the LED and incrementing the operational security. Supply types of light emitters are also investigated in his study. Supply types have DC, pulsed, multiplicative and functional forms. These supply types are investigated and required equations are given for analysis of the supply circuits. Methods and types of connection of light emitters to power supply are described. The method of direct connection to power supply, the method of supplying with voltage step-up and voltage step-down circuits, the method of discharging the pre-charged capacitor over the LED and the method of supplying with ballast capacitors are described. The advantages, the disadvantages and the application areas of each method are given.

Makalede yarıiletken ışın vericilerin bağlantı şekilleri ve besleme çeşitleri ele alınmıştır. LED’lerin birbirleri ile bağlantıları, teknolojik (bir kılıf içerisinde birkaç kristalin yerleşimi) ve ayrık elemanların birbirleri ile seri, paralel ve seri-paralel (karışık) bağlanması olmak üzere çeşitli şekillerde gerçekleştirilebilir. Makalede gösterilmiştir ki, LED’lerin birbiri ile belli bir şekilde bağlanmasının amacı ışın gücünü artırmak, farklı spektrumlu ışın vericiler elde etmek, ışın vericinin aydınlattığı alanı arttırmak ve çalışma güvenliğini arttırmaktır. Çalışmada LED’lerin besleme çeşitleri de incelenmiştir. Tespit edilmiştir ki DC, darbeli, multiplikatif ve fonksiyonel besleme çeşitleri mevcuttur. Bu besleme çeşitleri incelenmiş ve analizi için gerekli denklemler elde edilmiştir. Yarıiletken ışın vericilerin besleme kaynağına bağlama metotları (uygulama metotları) ve çeşitleri açıklanmıştır. Doğrudan besleme kaynağına bağlama metodu, gerilim yükseltici ve gerilim düşürücüler ile besleme metodu, önceden doldurulmuş kondansatörü LED üzerine boşaltma metodu ve balast kondansatörlü besleme metotları açıklanmıştır. Her bir metodun avantajları, dezavantajları ve uygulama alanları gösterilmiştir.
