Human health and hygiene being an indispensable matter of daily life is a highly important subject in the business life and business environment. We should take into consideration that there are many chemicals having different features in ambient air and effects on employees to evaluate the measurement results made in workplace truly in terms of the job security and human health. In this study, sampling was made in different dates with the purpose of determining the emissions into the atmosphere at certain points belonging to workplaces. Samplings were carried out actively with the "Air Lite" brand sampling pump of sorbent tubes and passively without the pump. Samples taken were analyzed in the GC-MS system equipped with Thermal Desorber branded as "Markes" in the Chemical Toxicology Laboratory and a result was obtained. According to results, values regarding nonpersistent chemicals required in workplace were given.

Günlük hayatın bir vazgeçilmezi olan çalışma hayatı ve çalışma ortamı içinde insan sağlığı ve hijyeni önemli bir konudur. İş güvenliği ve insan sağlığı açısından çalışma ortamında yapılan ölçüm sonuçlarını doğru değerlendirebilmek için ortam havasında değişik özelliklere sahip ve çalışanlar üzerinde çeşitli etkileri bulunan birçok kimyasalın bulunduğunu dikkate almamız gerekir. Bu çalışmada yer alan işyerlerine ait ilgili noktalarda atmosfere karışan emisyonların belirlenmesi amacıyla çeşitli tarihlerde örnekleme yapılmıştır. Örneklemeler sorbent tüplerin "Air Lite" marka örnekleme pompası ile aktif ve pompa olmaksızın pasif olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Alınan örnekler Kimya Toksikoloji Laboratuarında bulunan "Markes" marka Termal Desorber ekipmanlı GC-MS sisteminde analiz edilmiş ve sonuçlar çıkarılmıştır. Çıkarılan sonuçlara göre işyeri ortamında bulunması gereken uçucu kimyasallara ilişkin değerler verilmiştir.
